Reason given for your ban: (G1.2) RDM. (C5.1) Common sense.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because of this situation. - https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/138747-report-a-player-kiean-weller-id-374-gta-rp/- On top of this, I commented immaturely on the unban appeal, resulting in it instantly being denied, and the ban being carried through.

Why should we unban you ?: Firstly I would like to apologise to Mason for  the immature response that I made on the forum report shown above.

Additionally, I would like to state similarily in my unban appeal, that the situation that went on regarding the shootout was not the avenue that I wanted to take, instead my goal was to take the police officer hostage, and go from there.
The situation got out of hand very quickly, and took a turn for the worst. After taking a long break from the server, taking my time visiting other ones I realised the difference, and how much better it is here, all i can ask for is a second chance. So i can prove im able provide good roleplay.

You mention your goal was to take an officer hostage yet at the first chance you decided to shoot overall, Then go to the other officer and mutter "Leave him down pussy" Then "Two dead", I think it's very clear what your goal was as shown in the report made against yourself. 

You've been part of this community for over a year at this point, Why would you risk it all? 

You have got a few warnings and then your first ban is a permanent one, If you can give good roleplay why wasn't it provided here in this situation, What made this situation any different from the rest? 

Going from the video in the report there we're shots on the bridge, Was this you shooting to get the officers attention to that location? 

This goes back further than the video itself, i dont have footage anymore but the original plan was to take a probie hostage,  i was at PD with him he was stalling so i just shot him and this chase continued for a while, i came back to pd countless times to engage in gun fights i wont lie, but my initial plan was not to rdm. And yes shooting at the bridge was indeed  to get police their, i know this  was a sign of me loosing the rp side of it, in my defence i was only ever warned twice before hand for different reasons, and the first time i "rdm"/ poor roleplay i get permed. Staff choice at the end of the day. I wont be in city as much anyway but would be nice hop on every so often when im not away. Would like to add i apologised in OOC chat countless times after i knew what i did but obviously my response to masons report was immature of me and tbf i didnt expect a ban and pushed the rule limits. 

The permanent ban come from your own actions, No one else and how you conducted yourself in the situation and after, Including your last appeal. When looking over the video one could argue it was you trying to bait the police into it or get a reaction and into the frag kiddie mentality, Someone not desirable in the slightest. As for the apology you mentioned, "My bad" isn't really an apology nor the best place in a way however might of gone a lot different if you explained yourself in the forum report.

If the plan was to take an officer hostage why not give the roleplay you motioned you can provide?

Once the probie nvl'd i got pissed of and decided to take the rp further which yes turned into blatant rdm. 

The situation before the bridge happened because me  and a few randomers were breaking into pd, after successfully getting through the side door i put my gun to a probies head and said "hands up hands up" but he was just stalling like i said in my last message and tried to turn it into a casual conversation, so i just shot him ran out of pd, got my manchez and continued to "entertain police" until they realised it was and started chasing me, this was literally the build up to the bridge situation where roleplay wasnt my main concern at the time, i will admit i turned into a "frag kiddie"... but it was a 1 time thing in 1/2 years of me being on the server and as stated i wont actually be very much, but id like to come back every now and then and chill.

So, If someone else broke a rule why didn't you make a report on the forums or simply attempt to talk to them ooc regarding the situation?

How can we be sure if we do give you another chance that you won't stay in the frag kiddie mentality? 

Don't really have time to have a "frag mentality" lol, but yeah its annoying i did clip it and deleted all footage when i in another server, but the reason i didn't stop and report him is PD was covered is police officers and even if i tried to pause the rp in ooc chat it wouldn't have gone well for me (just with past experiences) 

I do understand all this frag stuff but i doubt id even have time to grind for a gun, alot of my online friends are on this server and tbh it would just be nice to pop back in every now and then and say hello. 

Looking over the appeal as a whole and why you was banned, I wouldn't feel confident at this time giving you another chance. Whilst yes you said you wouldn't have the time to have the "Frag mentality" little is done to assure us that this won't happen regardless. 

There hasn't been much accountability from your part on what you did was wrong, More so pushing the blame. If someone did break a rule then we have a dedicated section on the forums for that such thing, So indeed that's the place it should of gone over ooc. I'll be going ahead and giving you a month cooldown to where you can then decide if you wish to make an appeal then and we will go from there. You may re-appeal on or after August 7th 2022.
