Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was giving chase to 318, they crashed their vehicle. They were ordered to exit their vehicle at taser-point. He then combat logged. Made no attempt to resolve - as these guys had been causing hassle all night.

I've reviewed the footage and have identified the player that combat logged in the video provided, nothing much to say as this is a pretty blatant combat log.
