What best describes this incident ?: Clear cut case of combat logging mid RP.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: In my eyes this is a clear case of combat logging and the gentlemen says that he's got to go now because he's got work (Which in itself doesn't make sense in RP) and then as the camera turns and pans he disappears. (Proof of Session ID attached below.)

Thank you for making this report - the evidence shows a clear violation of rule C2.3 - Combat Logging, as of such, a permanent ban will be issued.
- The player stated, in 'voice', something along the lines of 'I am off to sleep, see you later'. This is not an acceptable way of leaving an RP situation to any extent.

Clarification.
In one need to leave during an RP situation, one should follow the correct procedures before doing so - aka inform via OOC means, either the person(s) involved and / or staff. For any other case, if one has made the decision to stick around to inevitably end up in an RP situation such as, but not limited to, what the video describes, one has also made the decision to commit to this until the situation is over. 
There's a reason we have an OOC chat, a public Discord and TeamSpeak server, as well as Discord tickets available to everyone - announcing that you 'need to go' in voice, is bordering on breaking character and again, does unfortunately not constitute as an acceptable form of disconnecting mid-RP!
