Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was waiting about fleeca bank near lifeinvader waiting for someone to come deposit their money so I could take them hostage for a situation I had planned when the offending player pulled up. I jumped down and attempted to take him hostage with a knife to him however he decided to try and run i stabbed him off his bike and attempted again whilst he was at a disadvantage however he decided to try kill me with knuckle dusters resulting in him being killed.

Ive not attempted to resolve as these NVL issues are becoming to prevelant

- Not everyone role plays any form of 'fear of death or weapons' or 'value of life' as it's called, which is sadly a frustrating part of attempting to create interesting role play scenarios with other people. Or 'wild cards' as I like to call them 

This person unfortunately, did not submit when at a clear disadvantage. Him getting on the bike I'll let 'slip' as a "heat of the moment" attempt to flee, but once stabbed in the side and standing face-to-face with the person that just stabbed you, this is definitely the point where the player is, without a doubt, at a clear disadvantage and should've feared for his life - therefore, the player will be receiving a 1 day(s) ban in accordance with the FBS.
