Please (in detail) describe the incident: we met up, he asked for the money, my friend (585 -> money was sent through this ID) sent it via bank transfer for a sum of 190k, moments later he disappeared right in front of me. It wasn't just me i was with my friend who is witness to this as well, Banz Muzaf
The location of the incident is: GPS: -142.1, -1558.4. The plate number of the motorcycle he came in: bg23pjf.

Unfortunately, your report has timed out and is being declined due to lack of evidence. 
You have reported the player for 'scamming' as well as 'combat logging', but please note that scamming is fully allowed within RP, and must be resolved via RP means - I suggest you get in contact with the Police! 

...the combat logging however, is a separate matter, but as stated above; without evidence of the player combat logging, we are unable to proceed with this report.
