Please (in detail) describe the incident: Pretty clear cut, was at a disadvantage, refused to comply and ran and then combat logged in the middle of the road. (I planned on using the person as a hostage in order to do this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBwVZvALpWY but unfortunately they didn't want to actually Roleplay and instead came off as more of a troll.
