Please (in detail) describe the incident: As indicated in the following video the subject of this report following a police chase/incident whereby he crashed and injured himself was then downed on the floor. Due to this I then began medical aid as shown and tried speaking to the person. No efforts were made to RP the situation and / or /me his injuries let it be "Unconcious" etc...

The person failed to interact whatsoever and then logged off of the server. We remained in the area and he failed to return or put a message in OOC about this. We then left the scene due to this as sadly this happens too often nowadays...luckily I got his player number following the log!

Im not sure if the time given is accurate but it was around 1430 hours.

Thank you for making this report. 
Session ID 30, shortly after dying, lost connection with the server according to our logs, HOWEVER; He reconnected roughly ten minutes later, and through a bug, no longer dead.
The fact that ID 30 used this to his advantage, did not use OOC chat to get in touch with the Police dealing with himself at the time, nor in touch with staff regarding spawning in alive, makes this case less believable to be an innocent accident. 

For not resolving the mid-RP disappearance, and furthermore taking advantage of it as well as the bug of spawning in alive, the player is banned for C2.3 - Combat Logging, as well as C2.2 - Exploiting.
