shepherd (Action: Ban Issued 12/02/2015)

Time & Date this happened: Around 7:30pm 05/02/2015
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
 
Description of what happened: We were in the nightclub listening to music when "shepheard" shot Borris in the head without RP and in the green zone and luckily a officer caught it all on video who was in the nightclub aswell.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 5: Rest of Altis RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
Rule 4A: Safe Zones: Killing = Instant Ban, No killing in the safezone... no killing from outside the safezone if someone is inside it and no killing people outside the safezone from the safezone.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: We asked him in side chat if he was willing to resolve the issue by compensation and he said no.

I believe it may have been "Shepherd" the video quality isn't the very best so it is indeed hard to tell.
