Altis Community Service

Whilst out on patrol we found a man wanted for armed robbery.  He was very cooperative, so we offered him the chance to apologize to Mr Wong and perform some community service tasks, so that he could receive a reduced ticket.

I do this very often, I always make a robber apologize to the victim.. (Torturing of the robber may or may not find place)

Poor guys had no idea what was going on when he started talking. good times
