I have spoken to [Gc] Zeiger, he removed Rocky from the gang due to other complaints. This may not be important information but hey why not.

Description of what happened:
I raided Ghost Cartel's base and eliminated four of their members, within 1 minute. [Gc] Rocky dies at 0:19 in the video and is back again by 1:04.
To me it looks like he is running over to a fellow gang members body to attempt to pick up a weapon and possibly get back in to combat.
What Rule Was Broken?:
5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I tried to, but I got the excuse of "It was an accident"
