Description of what happened: Was talking to a vehicle thief on the sidewalk, when an offroad drives into us and VDMs 3 people. In the video you can clearly see the offroad driving straight ahead but then changing his direction to ram into the crowd.
He kept driving and didn't stop to apologise.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Wasn't on TS
