A Poweful Alliance

Dear gang members and the people of Altis,

I am pleased to announce the latest alliance between The National Liberation Army [N.L.A] and The Forgotten Exiles [TFE]. This will bring more strength, power and support to us and other gangs that need our help. We will soon be offering paid escorts for smaller gangs doing drug runs and other illegal/legal activities.

Due to this, Pilgrims Of The Far East [PFE] are now declared as enemies of The Forgotten Exiles. They keep getting in our way and quite frankly we are getting sick of it. as a result of this together we will make your gang perish. If you are seen disturbing any activities that we or N.L.A participate in, you will be punished in the correct way may this be death or torture. 

I hope this alliance will help bring more peace to our other friends and the island itself.

Word of this has reached our glorious leader, and he is more than pleased to say the least. Pleased that yet another group of Infidels have chosen to sacrifice their blood to the desert. Pleased that we have even more Infidels to slaughter. Pleased that the TFE have just set a bomb on their very existence, and that it will be the Pilgrims who flip the switch, and pleased, that the Almighty Desert of the East shall run red with the blood of our oppressors, while the Pilgrims stamp on the skulls of those foolish enough to attack us. That is good to hear. Nice to see you have stepped up to the challenge. It's a shame your gang will soon just be blood soaked sand and skeletons in the desert. Nobody will ever acknowledge the short existence of your gang. We will spit on what is left of you afterwards. N.L.A and The Exiles will reign the island and be free from the little bugs annoying the people of Altis known as PFE. You will suffer in silence as we capture your members one by one, taking them to our favourite location and disposing of them correctly which is what should have been done a long time ago. I wish you the very best of luck my friend but it's going to take a lot more for us to ever surrender to a weak gang like yours.
