Description of what happened: He was spamming side earlier which was annoying everyone and later he carried on and lasted 2-3 minutes straight.

I can confirm this. He was spamming for a long time and he even admitted that it was not a mistake.

 
Well its got my vote, he should be banned. Locking topic until Wilco comments/takes action. If he decides to give his half of the story he can come to the unban requests, but I doubt he will have anything to say.

Ban imminent: case closed.
