There was a fight between the Gang: Marmite Miners and the Police

I saw a Guy Called Timmy Shooting on a officer and i shot Timmy down

1 second later a Officer Shot me in my back

And i was dead .

I was waiting for a medic because i saw it was only 40m away

In the time i was waiting a got kicked and banned from the server for RDM.

Why should we unban you.
I Understand that i didnt need to help the police and that was a misstake.

Also this is my first fault on the server and i play alot

I also get thumps up from the police for good roleplay so i think this bann is not really needed

In your own words what is proper initation before shooting someone?

Well before the shooting there were already Cops shot down by them and the people who shot the police where already killed.

But some got away and returned to fight the police . It was going very fast 

I shout have said HANDS UP and RP .

I know that i made a misstake and i respect the rules.

In your own words, what would you have done a different and be a little bit in depth with your answer?

RDM =  Random Death Match . When someone kills you with no reason . (and no roleplay) 

I Shoud have roleplayed the situation.

Also i didnt needed no help the police because they didnt ask me or needed me . so the next time i will drive away or take cover because it was not my battlefield.
