Garages 500k. 1 storage box house 750k. 2 storage 1.1mil. 4 storage 2.2 mil. (houses sold on website vary)

To add to this: Some small 1 storage box houses are 500k this is what they look like:

there is 2 more houses @Freebzforgot :) the 2.2 mil one that can hold 4 boxes and the good old shack for 300k that can't hold any boxes :)
