Hi i have started to work as a ARAC repair man and was wondering how do i move vehicles that are blocking roads , or they was the car is it could cause harm to other drivers. i did picklock a car and move it after it was sat there in the middle of kavala main road for around a hour but was wondering is that what i do or is there a impound option. and is there a way to get unlimited repairs from a repair kit or do i need to keep buying them and stocking them in my bag 

 
The best advice that I can give is this, take lockpicks out with you when you patrol as ARAC, any cars in the middle of the road, lockpick and move them out of the way. If stopped by the police they should understand, or just turn up at a police station and speak to the DSGT.

Impounding is a very very dangerous tool in wrong hands, because ARAC is non-whitelist anyone who pays for the licence can get that ability, the only people who should be able to impound are police and NHS due to the potential abuse that trolls can cause with this problem.

In short, just keep lockpicking them, maybe invest skill points into them, preferably the quite lockpicking skill, for some reason, the sound of a car alarm draws hobos and rebels alike to see what is going on.

 
You can get the repair specialist skill if you want to keep your repair kits. However you can just fill up your car and backpack and should be good for quite some time. And yeah some cops will give you trouble for lockpicking, they will tell you to text the police there is a vehicle in the middle of the road that needs to be removed and if they don't have time if you're allowed to lockpick it.

 
When I play as ARAC, I just lockpick and move it to a safe position. Police should understand if they pull you over or you go to the station.

In Kavala, there are ARAC headquarters. There you can buy the license for around 300k, clothing, supplies and the vehicles. You do not need to apply.

Damn, it used to be a million. Can you buy both licenses now or only one?
