Cops do not lose gear when they die, they don't pay for their gear either. Looks like a ragequit to me.

 
I didn't combat log , I rage quited because I got rekt ! But either way, cops do not loose gear.

 
Post edited, wasn't aware you were on as a cop. Thought I had seen you in diving suit and on the list as a Civ with your cop name. Report withdrawn, my bad.

 
I was with full normal cop gear, I responded to the bank robbery and on my way, we got a text from the NHS saying that there was one confirmed armed rebel on the hospital's roof looking at the bank.
