blr. Conway (Action: Ban Issued 23/09/2014)

Description of what happened: The first time me and Jelly were flying a chopper at coke processing, just checking it out and joyriding, when he all of a sudden gets out and shoots us down.


Second time we were a few cops escorting a diamond miner in Athira, when he out of the blue rams our car, gets out, and with no words said shoots down Jelly and me. Since this happened twice in a very small amout of time, and he has been playing the server for awhile and also is a police officer, I don't think there is any excuse for his actions.


 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, but we got nowhere.

Second video. WITH NOT TAKING ANY SIDES. I would say its not an rdm, since you did start roleplay by giving him a chance to either "drop his weapon, and get on the ground". Wich he chose to not do, he then started to open fire instead, i wouldnt say its rdm, but it could be roleplayed better.

first he ram stright into us, then opens fire.  It's the second time today he's done almost the same thing. I see a clear pattern between the two videos. He shoots first and then talks. He's a trained officer, he should be able to roleplay better then this.

So u think it's okey to start ramming and jump out and shoot someone in the face?
 

Pretty sad, as I've heared from Conway that he had solved the first video with Neo, and that you cut a bit off because that would make your video useless.

It's not RDM but poor roleplay at the second video.

And not even close to VDM, that was quite a beautiful interception imo.

i want you to upload the full video because he did try speaking to you because he doesn't use push to talk on teamspeak and i heard the entire thing so upload the rest of the video

the second video is complete, it shows when we start and when we die, simple as that. 
first video is pure bs we haven't sorted anything at all, we never were a threat yet he shoots at us with no warnings nothing, at like 150meters away. We haven't recived any comp what so ever for the first video so nothing is sorted. 

Since it happend TWICE IN ONE DAY, my first thought is that this probably is happening multiple times every day thats why we decided to go on the forums.

Act mature please, i did never state its ok to ram and jump out. But you did initiate roleplay so theres nothing more in that. I expect to see more maturity from you too, as you are a senior officer, but it appears you are an instant reporter like everyone else.

and yes I am abit pissed off atm, so I will leave it here and let admins decide.

Everyday??? This is the first time this has ever happend to me! Go look for any other topics someone has reported me! And as you can see, everyone heard me screaming to you, that you should get out of the vehicle...?

I am saying try and talk to the guy, you are reporting before you start going ham on forums. 

We did sort it out, go ask Neo yourself. If you don't remember, you were there aswell...

First one, helicopter was following for like 5 minutes, therefore he was allowed to shoot you because you were chasing him. Second one, I was in game watching, I didn't see the offroad either. It was massive desync.

We have tried to sort it with him. And the first video we actually thought "Hey, it was a mistake, let's just let it go". But then it happens again, so soon. And what do you mean by "He was actually talking" the friggin video shows he didn't say a word. That's not hearsay or word against word, that is FACT.

And what he would like me to show in the first video is that we were flying close to him and yes, following him for some time. But that doesnt matter. No roleplay was engaged whatsoever. He claims that because he had drugs, it was okay.

If that is okay, I will simply load up an offroad with some drugs, go to processing and shoot everyone on sight.

And please, everyone, let's for once actually keep a post nice and clean. Only evidence and counterevidence, not a bunch of people trying to "help". 

1st video: We did sort it out, yeah! 2nd video: I didn't even see you guys when i was was turning to the right. (Desync) When i crashed, i got out, told you to get on the ground. And brat, you said exactly. "Sir, get on the ground" When you say that i am allowed to shoot! But i told you to get out of your vehicle and get on the ground, before i shot you. So, it isn't actually, RDM...

I did shout into my mic, so there must be something wrong in your end...

I was there, and I can comfirm that you did not say anything.
