Although we are extremely grateful that some members of our community enjoy helping inside of our support rooms, it also leads to misinformation spreading; leading to players breaking rules, believing that they cannot use features of the server and many other undesired effects.
As of now, only members of the RPUK team are allowed to help within the official support room, and only words from team members will hold true when under scrutiny of reports, unban appeals and other official processes. This is due to some people have been audacious enough to invite themselves into the support room, then tell people whether they are going to be banned.
So, overall, we are shutting down "Here To Help" and all other variants of support room support from non-team members, if you wish to lend people a helping hand, we have team applications open for this purpose.
The punishment for doing this as of now will be a TS ban to 1.6 ban, depending on the discretion of the member dealing with the situation.
