How to apply?

I wanna get whitelisted with me and my friends how?

As a civilian you don´t need to be whitelisted. Purple slots are for civilians. However you need to be whitelisted for Police and NHS which are blue and green slots. You make that by making application in the proper section on this forums.

If you want to join a whitelisted faction you need to be whitelisted, to play civilian you do not.

You seem mistaken, you don't need to make an application for Police on order to join the server. When you go to join the server look on the left side of your screen and there will be 3 boxes

Blue = Police 

Green = Medics 

Purple = Civilian

You need to select the purple box and then try to find a slot where is says "Spot available" or "Nobody" something along the lines of that.
