The AL Gang was doing a rather large drug operation, and after all the hemmt boxes parked up at the dealer I went to check it out a bit.

After a while [R] Casiey arrived with a couple guys in a panda suv, one of them can be heard at 00:17 "sorry we're a bit late guys", apparently just backing up their allies.

That's when I get spottet and "robbed", which was nothing more than them stating "hands up" and me ending up glitched through the door of a locked house by what i believe was one of casiey's companions.

As this felt an awful lot like trolling I tried to have a chat with the guys about all this, but casiey denied that the guy who took and glitched me was affiliated with him, which at the end of the day I find hard to believe as they arrived together to assist AL and cooperated in the robbery.

yes we did talk about this, but like i said i did zip tie you but i then left the scene like we all did many minutes later, i told you i had a talk with my friends but they all didn't see anything, and i really dont like the fact you have put this report saying it was me after i explained it wasn't, there was alot of people there at the situation some of them i dont even know im sorry that this happened to you because of me i already said this yesterday, i told you and explained that my group had nothing to do with it but yet you still went a head and have said it was me and a friend which i really dont like because there is no evidence there that i can see that approves your accusations.

After rewatching the video it appears it was you who who sneaks up from behind to put the zipties on me while your partner in the robbery tells me to put my hands up.

That same guy picks me up to carry me through the door. Care to shed some light on that please?

if you look very closely at the video just after the guy says put your hands up there is two guys in the video on your left i ran up put the zip tie on you and ran off to help escort my friends to the atm, it is very hard to see in your video i did have recording but you said to me last night you was not bothered and just  wanted to talk about what happened so i deleted it thinking you were not gonna report the situation, i dont know if you want to talk about this again on ts or see what a staff thinks first? 

A bit of honesty would have went a long way here, as i believe my video shows that it's the same Person running up behind me, putting me in zipties, and carrying me Off. 

If staff deem the evidence insufficient feel free to close the report.

last thing to say, we had a chat about this yesterday and you told me you only wanted to talk about what happened, you never once said you was gonna take it further, if you did we could've discussed the situation a bit more and come to a ending that you wanted instead of saying you just wanted to talk about what happened, i am willing to re discuss the situation if a staff team feels like we should.

After reviewing this reprot it is a hard one to judge due to all players being masked however you do see Casieys name as he zipties you.

One quesion I did have regarding this is for you @Casiey, Can you explain the lack of roleplay from your side within this report? You ask the guy to get his hands up, he did then nothing else even though you was going through his inventory?

With you being moved away @Ntesla and moved into that house and left in zipties, Do you have any evidence of who the player was that did this?

I will wait for responses from both parties before making a decision on the report however without proof of the names in regards to being placed in the house like this does make thie report a very difficult one.

I apologise for the lack of role play on my side however we was doing a big drug run and just wanted to check that he was not a threat, we was gonna unrestrain him until someone took him of us and ran off, i am sorry for the lack of Rp and will make sure this doesn't happen again.

There is 4 guys to be seen here around me while I get restrained, Casiey's unknown gangm8 initiating from the front, another gangm8 (R) General Dave to my left (00:36), casiey behind me restraining me, and (AL) Luke between Casiey and General Dave. General dave can be seen between Suv and Hemmt Box at 00:48 again and Luke is unmasked.... which leaves only casiey to be able to carry me away. You can see that its the same person restraining and taking me away.

ive already said what happened so im not gonna argue this part again lets just get this resolved.

If you come clean I wouldn't care to drop the report.

It wasn't me man, but wheres the proof that the guy actually left you in there anyways 

Going from the video provided as I stated above shows no names and makes it very hard to determine exactly who was there however when restrained we know that @Casiey was. 

When reviewing this video yes Casiey did get very minimal roleplay apart from 'put your hands up now' then going through your inventory @Ntesla. Now Casiey did agree he was the guy in front talking (wearing the blue uniform) so he couldn't of been the one to leave you in zipties and put you through a door where you had no chance to get out without a staff members help.

That being said the person to do this was involved with Casiey but there is no evidence to show who it was. Based on this I cannot take any action on that unfortunately. In regards to the roleplay, It was poor and Casiey does agree he could of done better. It is good to see a player own up to a mistake like this and try to correct it for the future. On the other hand of this, You didn't attempt much roleplay yourself @Ntesla. 

So what I will be doing on this report is deny this due to lack of evidence as no names are shown only Casiey's. I would suggest to both of you and the rest involved in this situation to roleplay more with the people you are robbing/taking hostage and make the experience good for them as think of how it would feel if the shoe was on the other foot.
