Does anyone know a fix for this?

All I can suggest is making sure I. The 'controls' 'presets' option you are on Arma 3 and NOT Arma 3 APEX

that fixed it for the red dot but now it stays zoomed in for the acog part xD

Have you changed any keys at all to custom? Otherwise check infantry movement/view controls and look for the 'toggle zoo' option and make sure it doesn't overlap with the '+' numpad option

None of them overlap but it still stays zoomed in
