We took DI Raigon to prison unfortunately while in prison he was consistently calling us terrorist and he was made aware one of the guys there was a Muslim and was asked to stop this can be seen 4 mins into the video. The person mention @LAITH found this rather offensive and we asked Raigon multiple times to stop but he still continued and this offended Laith further. As shown in the video you can clearly hear him tell laith he hoped he took offence and to go see his virgins.
Before all this at the very start of the video you can see him knock out two armed soldier with guns pointed in his direction with his bare hands, he continue to pull restrains out of thin air and put them on the soldiers (Jayray and Tempr).
He also kept talking about the fact Gen. Mctavish was gone (banned) and that he was glad and even mentions how the police were working on getting him banned.... the screenshots will show our chat after the video.

It is unfortunate that it has went to a report however since obviously you guys where very tense, angry and hooked that I am racist I will make my case.

Now to start off with I am not a racist person in real life and I have players on the server that know me including UNMC soldiers and have a laugh with so to start off with. Since the Start of being taken hostage I role play as a person that stands up to my principles and not be intimidated by the UNMC and not be submissive.

The UNMC is a terrorist organisation that has self admitted it to being one by its Soldiers and doing the acts of chemical attacks and executions and addition Police Command have sent out notifications that the UNMC are to be treated as a terrorist organisation under the Terrorist Act and that they should be treated as such in role play. When I was in your Prison I did say that the UNMC is a terrorist organised and that your are branded as one in role play .

I said to them "At least I am not a terrorist like you".

Then suddenly Laith shouted  WHO YOU CALLING A TERRORIST WHO YOU CALLING A TERRORIST?  4:22min  which he certainly did not sound offended. 

Which then JayRay said can you be careful as he my Arab friend 

Which I did say are "You an Arab?    "Ooh I am Sorry mate"   and because he did not sound offended when shouted he terrorist I said "Hope you get insulted"  and "Go see the Virgins"  

I did this all in role play as I did not know he was one in real life as Jayray said in game he is an Arab and I assumed he was role playing one in game.  

I do not believe I broke any rules regarding Terrorism as they are banded a Terrorist in game and that the role play does not comply to 3.6 as it was not about real life Terrorism or reenactment. 

(3.6) Roleplaying of questionable subjects like real life terrorism or questionable subjects like rape will not be tolerated if requested by someone involved to stop.

 I also would like to explain why what I said was not racism, as this is a very serious charge that should not be overlooked.

In the oxford dictionary it states that racism means rejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

Terrorist means: a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Now UNMC is regarded as a terrorist organisation. An example is how they try to unlawfully take over Paros. You do not have to be a specific gender or race to be classed as a terrorist. It is the act one does that applies this narrative.

Throughout history, many countries have been labelled with this and many more will continue. Two of the greatest people of the 20th century were considered terrorists, Nelson Mandela and Gandhi, yet race has nothing to do with it. Islam has nothing to do with terrorism either. Those despicable humans that committed such atrocities such as Manchester are deluded to think that this is the will of Allah. With over 1 billion muslims on our planet, it is a shame these minute scum create a bad name for the rest.

It is my hope that the term “terrorist” should not be confused with “racism”. The latter should not be tolerated. Terrorism will win if we are scared to say the truth about what it is. The unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Obviously he took this on a personal level due to the fact being called a Terrorist and If I was in your shoes I would walk away and not be involved in that role play.  If your going to join a role play organisation that is viewed as a terrorist group and offended by this then maybe you are in the wrong place?

Now as for MCTavish I said in game through role play before going to prison at FOB "Where is MCTavish as he is the one that is usually doing the execution" then Reece messages me on team speak about MCTavish I dunno if true or not as I was just guessing..

This whole thing was consensual banter between me and JayRay reason I thought it was banter as all UNMC got into the prison using an exploit by getting restraint and pushed through the fence shown by Reece Smurf  at 1 minute 43 and says "ALRIGHT LADS GET ME IN THERE"  Puts his hands up get restrained by his soldiers and glitched into the prison hence when I assumed it was just banter and why I restrained JayRay and the other Soldier.

I accept that I did wrong by restraining them however since they exploited into the Prison I assumed it is banter.  I take Role play is seriously but there are times where I just go with the flow and accept banter with the other party however If I where to redo that situation again after knocking them out I would say "Right soldiers going to be taking your zip tires then restrain them". 

It is my hope that if I ever get to meet Laith in person, that he and I can enjoy a lemonade and beer together while laughing at some Altis banter.

We will make a full reply to this tomorrow once I have talked to the people involved but we were more referring to this rule (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal. When you insulted @LAITH

As involved i will comment my views in the situation. 

I think this has been taken out of perportion, i personally dislike reporting and have never reported anyone and would prefer to talk to them on teamspeak and resolve it. 

1. I don't see it as racism or discrimination calling us terrorists, as within roleplay we are terrorists of some sort. When i was there i did not see Raigon call Laith and only Laith a terrorist and mention anything to do with his religion etc, he called us all terrorists, he did not specially target laith, from what i witnessed when i was there, bare in mind i was not there the whole time.

2. Me saying my "arab friend" was generally banter between me and laith, as we are good friends.

3. I will say that Raigon had questionable RP, such as restraining UNMC when we have rifles, i will say that was bad. But obviously he does not have to be submissive, i personally like when a prisoner is being "Cocky".

I will say that @DI Raigon your roleplay could of been improved much more, when we capture you i don't expect you to "be the bitch" but i still want quality roleplay when i meet you, i think you are too focussed on playing the stubborn character rather than wanting to RP with us more.

My conclusion in simple

I don't feel raigon was racist, discriminative in any way, shape or form as from what i see he did not target a religious minority, group within real life. He targeted UNMC and called us terrorists, which we are.

He could have much better roleplay and understand his pysical limits within jail rp, obviously you would not hit a bunch of soldiers with rifles. Also the fact we can't shoot, rubber you makes it mean we can't defend ourselves.

For me this is all i will comment and i won't say anything else, just needed to say this as i feel calling the discrimination card is a leap too far. Also these are my views and opinions and only my own, i don't speak for the UNMC involved. 

Also this is from my perspective and my encounter while being in this situation, weather Ragion said things or not, i was not present at certain parts. This is only from what i saw in game at the time. 

The problem itself is not the fact you called us terrorists... after being asked multiple times in and out of rp too stop because let's get it right it is a questionable subject and some proper don't like it! You carry on and on and on you could tell laith was getting angry but refused to stop @Yak saw the situation. 

The mctavish side of things in game you were saying you were glad he was 6 feet under and ridiculing the fact he's gone, when asked about police working together trying to get him banned you told me in game and in ts they did. 

Finally the knocking out is our prison is a joke we all had our guns out yet you still knock us out with your bare hands and when stop to stop doing it but you ignore it and carry on? Is that not shit roleplay. 

Not going to stop calling you guys a terrorist which you branded in game as one because one person took it as a personal attack.

Reason I kept saying it is because when in game you refuse to acknowledge that your a Terrorist Organisation and when you started saying stop because of one person I looked like a Stop Card to avoid being called a Terrorist and break role play and the UNMC have been branded a Terrorist Group for 2-3 Months we have to stop all that because of 1 person took it as a personal attack.

I Can tell you one thing in future when player's on this server start role playing and one gets offended in real life from a single word that is said in role play story that they would have to halt the role play it is stupid at best.

As for Mctavish stop twisting words as I said you asked in ts3 "talking about how all the cops worked on getting scottish banned" Which after you sent that message I wondered what the fuck your talking about as I said no such thing in game.  And I know from that message you posted you are wanting me to admit that the police did work on getting him banned.  However I don't know if there was I said they might of done as it was a guess. I did say in game role play where "McTavish he is the one that does the executions" Has he met his Maker"  jibes at that as the Police know he is notorious for the execution of multiple officers and that the families of those he killed would rejoice that he gone.

Obviously knocking out was done in roleplay did say in game if you call me a name I'll knock you out and as pointed out I role played as a unruly inmate where I hit guards and expected to be rubbers or get hit put in restraints and taken to secure room.

I am not going to be your bitch in that prison.

And what was your job being there at prison in first place? Looks to me you wanted trouble as I was happly dealing with Jayray and Tempr seems provoking to me.

And looking at this post why is Laith not making the report why is it a group effort? He is the one that you said took it personally but It damn sounds like you are the ones acting like a mob that is out to burn some one and took it to heart.  You just came to the role play between me and Jayray.  And when he posted his side of the story and opinion you kicked him out for not being part of the in house  effort.

Seems this is personal for the UNMC?

Any way Admins like you to look over this report and posts and make a decision not going to respond to any more posts as it seems this report is personal and deliberately targeted and group effort by the UNMC.

And the funny thing is you acted like a hot shot with the attitude and when you found out that there were more than 3 admins watching the situation you started apologizing and admitting that you weren't directing any of the racist wording at me when you clearly said around the 5 min mark "Go see your virgins" You were admitting to your mistakes when we were in the teamspeak room and you acknowledge it infront of the police staff that you did indeed knock out and Abuse your powers and white listing to handcuff people in the jail, and i recall the staff admitting too that this was indeed a shitty thing todo and you messed up in that situation. 

Finally in our defense we weren't exploiting in order to get into the jail cell, we have no methods of getting into it so we roleplay that there is a gate inside on the fence that you need to get passed through and escorted by a prison gaurd in order to get into the actual prison, I have no idea if that is in the video but yeah. 

You asked for my side of things and here you go, i dont think i have anything to say after this i have cleared everything from my part. 

i Didn't make the report as i am fasting at the current moment and i stay up all night and wake up at 7pm or so and dont really have time to reply and keep up furthermore i have been inactive a bit.

Only til after the whole situation ended then I realise where you are from.   But it was Reece Smurf was it not that had a issue with it in game as he was the most dominant one with regards stop calling us a terrorist and kept saying are you calling my friend a terrorist.

I am not going to stop Role Play that you the UNMC have been recognised for months because you took it personally if you did not want to be part of that Role Play then you would remove your self from that scenario.  

Instead your staying there having Reece bang on about it which makes me wonder if this is intentional to get me banned as a person with a sound mind can see the intention here. 

As for knocking out within the prison I was role playing and it was consensual banter with Jay Ray - Tempr and had no issues with it only you guys making a complaint about it Laith, James, Reece Smurf have an issue.

Sorry but i'd like to make an input here, as someone who has recently had to defend a friend from racial attacks in real life shortly after the manchester attacks in my school i find you stating that all terrorists are of certain religion to be an insult. Not all terrorists expect to see virgins when they die as this is of certain religion and i would request that you refrain from making immature derogatory statements such as the above because in or out of rp this is completely innapropriate and i would respectfully request that you correct the way you type / state things because you could insult a large amount of people that may read the report and its a disgraceful way of thinking.

Literally has no relevance to the situation. Let Raigon, Laith and Staff give their inputs on the matter. 

Even then, Raigon was never discriminative, he never targeted anyone based on race/religion. He branded you as terrorists.

@Ponty the bit about the virgins is highly discriminatory, but I will leave it to the admins that was my comment to ask him to be careful about what he types if you had an issue take it to the staff. You aren't staff anymore and I said what I said to prevent him from sounding like he was being anti a certain religion.

I was not racist in role play

If I recall in the Quran it states that if a warrior dies in a war they are greeted with virgins.   That is common knowledge to the everyone and its not a racist slur nor counted as one.  

The UNMC and the Police have been on war edge and I recall your General Mc Tavish has said we are at war.  

If I wanted to be racist I would of not said you will be greeted with Virgins as that is offensive compared to you will be greeted with virgins as that is what it states in the Quran for warriors who follow the faith truthfully.  

It is like Catholicism saying I hope you meet St Peter at the Pearly gates it is not a racist term.

I have friends in real life that are Muslim and they talk about a lot of things specially that quote and do not take it personally and joke and laugh about it and it is not considered a racist slur it is a phrase from the book.

Because it has offended you I am sorry but you only have your self to blame for sticking around that Role Play this is a video game for Christ Sake.

I appreciate your post however I did not state all terrorists are a certain religion and should look at the role play scenario It was you the UNMC who started the Religion thing and the Arab mention as said by JayRay at the end of the day not me, And I disagree with it as my post above you can clearly see there is a difference between wishing someone well with Virgins or Not as said in Role Play.

I Did role played that the UNMC are terrorists because they portray themselves as them it clearly states in the rule REAL LIFE Terrorism is off limits.  Subjects like Terror Groups etc in RP.  However refering to a RP organisation such as UNMC as terrorist does not refer to real life terrorism it is purely RP.

Now any more UNMC posts that want to put an input in as this is a joint effort?

So let me get this right, you calling UNMC soldiers terrorists and then saying "go see your virgins" isnt really nasty and discriminatory? You can see how it looks that you did not mean it in the respectful way that you stated above but meant it in a hostile and honestly vile way.

No I simply mentioned it was a Jibe in role play that he is going to meet his death.  I was role playing the UNMC as a terrorist organisation it was YOU who brought in the religion and Arab thing into the role play.   

Saying Go see your Virgins in role play is not a vile or discriminatory it was a ingame indirect threat jibe at him as you brought it in role play.  Think your getting too much into the discriminatory thing.

Ok, well this is going to be interesting.

Since the racism part has been withdrawn I will not be dealing with that case, but to be honest looking at it and the tone to me it was more on a banter level rather than a personal one. Same goes for the fact he was joking about Scottish being banned, though it could be taken as offence, due to no rule's in place and the fact that their isn't a lot of strong evidence of that I cannot do anything regarding it.

All that move's me onto the next point, the exploiting of police whitelisting while in the UNMC prison by restraining people inside, along with knocking out a player while his firearm is aimed at yourself. These point here I cannot explain and are clear cut rule breaks. I understand that you are sorry for these actions I cannot allow these thing's to go unpunished. 

With the recent warning as well, and poor RP I've come to this concusion as have some other staff member's I've talked too.
