There was a problem reseting your pc

Ok so I've been trying to reset my pc and using the factory reset function on windows but when starting the reboot it says ''There was a problem reseting your pc''  I tried diffrent tutorials on youtube but nothing semes to work, I went and check my log book and I got a log for the problem.

what version of windows @Wicker? Assuming it's 10 - have you tried using the install media rather than the built in function?

Are you trying a automated system repair/restore? or are you using the Refresh/Reinstall function?

 
If you have the original windows installation (assuming you have a legal version) on a cd for example you can try do a factory reset by booting up from the CD
