Can't really fault the one you've built within your budget, not much room for improvement it's really just waiting till you can afford upgrades once you've bought that PC!

Ryzen Setup (£683.52) - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ss9kYr

The main pro to having a Ryzen setup is not only more cores, but it moves you away from the dead Kaby Lake platform, offering room for improvement if you wish to upgrade to Zen2 or Zen+ in the future. CPU is cheaper, the motherboard, however, is a little pricier, a deliberation on RAM has to be made also, as Ryzen's Infinity Fabric scales well with RAM speeds. You won't need an aftermarket cooler with the Ryzen 5 either, as the Wraith Max is a pretty damn good air cooler, saving you a bit more money.

The con? Well, your single-threaded performance is much higher on the i5-7600K, about 10-15%(?), however, you'll be getting much better multi-threaded performance.
