Please (in detail) describe the incident

Firstly i was on my way to Kore bend after a friend of mine noticed a hobo getting robbed at Kore bend. On the way i picked my boys up Salv and Reiss. we proceed to th location to see a guy with his hand on his head and one guy with his gun out. Wicker decided to zip tie the said hobo to try and free the hobo and set him back on his way....... until that was Mr OG Bosh followed him. so reiss and charles race round the back of the corner to intercept this man by simply asking him to put his hands up on his head and that it would be wise to do so as he was at the time surrounded. after a few predictable OR WHAT'S (i feel trying to get us to threaten his life) he agreed to lower his weapon!. Riess being somehwhat of a karate specialist went behind this guy and gave him such a roundhouse kick it knocked him out cold.

And then as shown in the video....... we get sprayed :(

No counter initiation given from him (friends in the area and so forth)

As a side note i would like to add that we did try to resolve which resulted in only reiss getting dragged into a room with 2 or 3 guys by himself and not collectively as a group to the result of unresolved. Therefore i have decided to file only my second ever report against a player.

Okay, wasnt expecting to have a report up as i messaged someone saying i would have to go to work, i was expecting to try and resolve it today. However

How am i meant to counter initiate when you guys manipulate the situation to knock me out, at the end of the day if you knock me out i cant talk ingame, so because you did i couldnt get a counter initiation on and being as i had many guns pointed at me and i was half way through my initiation they shot. i feel like in this situation we had no way of roleplaying it was just TCK coming in restraining the guy not valuing his life and then knocking me out so i cant get a counter initiation in

I would be more then happy to speak to Mattay in teamspeak now i am home from work about this situation

Mattay i want the longer part of the video when i get told if i shoot the hobo then i will get shot being as this is initiation

 
Its @Wicker that was at the heli and he said if you shoot the guy with his hands up then i would get shot

 
After looking at your video, I have this to say. You are coming in to a guy holding a man up, some of you takes cover around. bosh says that if he lower his hands he will get shoot, and someone zipties the man straight away, meaning he lower his hand, not at free will though. Not much was said.

in I’m opinion you guys just came in at a wrong point, at a wrong time.

The guy with the AKM / @Wicker showed tcks video at 0:49 - https://gyazo.com/062ed5be0a7e2dccb3146e1616fdcb56 was there when the initiation happened and you can hear that in our video at 2 second. Their video isn't showing the full situation and would like to request they upload a longer video from the guy with the AKM / @Wicker.
But in the mean time, here is a video of what was being said before the red sports hatchback turned up to the scene.

I would advise those willing to resolve it in Teamspeak, gather up today to sort this out peacefully.

Well i had to go to work last night so i couldn't resolve the issue

 
None of your gang members said anytging about that.... look like i said i will deal with all this when i have finished work...

Right, show me in the rules where I have to resolve things please. The only reason we did speak on TS was because our Great General. Salv asked "if we've had any issue with this gang before" to which a few people said no, His response was "go and try resolve it". So don't come piping up on a report that does not involve you with your useless input when you don't have the foggiest of whats going/went on?

FYI we did try to resolve it, it came across as they thought they had done nothing wrong pretty much. hence the report.

 Right Since you were so kind to provide a video, Lets discuss it.

1, This report is not made by wicker, it's made by myself.

2, All I can hear from mine and your video is Bosh stating if the hobos hands go down he will be shot. the hobo not wicker. Oh and he repeats he has 8 guys in the area, Yeah and? the only person that is seen is Bosh. He doesn't let anyone know what would happen if he was to be shot or took hostage ect...

3. At no point is wickers life threatened. 

4, At no point was myself, Reiss or Salvs life threatened. the 3 guys in the red hatchback.

5, So you've either assumed we were with wicker or metagamed because from the video I've posted you can clearly see we were not there from the start. So It's either one of them mentioned.

6, How come after watching over both videos several time. Bosh seems to be saying alot of things over the radio and not in-game, This is a Rule break..

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over Teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of Roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.

When he's knocked out he then starts to repeat "kill them all", Bare in mind he hasn't threatened anyones life, He has only said he had apparently "8 guys in the area".

Ahh might aswell throw this in there, How about you put your gun down. Bosh "or wot, or wot, or wot, or wot, or wot... x10" What is this, 2015?

so to conclude i would like to continue with this report as i think that there has been alot of breaches in just 3:30 mins.

i would also like to add that i will no longer comment on this report unless requested to by staff

 Mean we need wickers video because as you can hear in the video at around 3 seconds I say I have been initiated on. Also I was in support yesterday and a support member said if it’s not been resolved with me then it is asif you haven’t resolved it

It just goes to show you don’t want to resolve it, I’ll just await an admin looking at this report and if I get asked any questions I will reply I’m not going to argue because it just goes in circles

All i want to re-iterate is that in the video you quite clearly hear me state that i have been initiated on and i say that there are 8 other people 

Also i havent had anyone come to me and ask to resolve this situation
