PlaysTV not recording Teamspeak

Never messed with plays.tv settings really but as I recall right, there is a option to add apps to be included in recording. Maybe have a look there?

 
Try making your brand new Headphones Default for both Communication and the normal one.

Also can you expand the last picture, is that recording or playing?

Right you see how in your settings you have Default Communication Device and Default Device, try making both of them on the same device such as on your brand new device. To do so, right click on the device you would like to use. For example: http://prntscr.com/hv2a9i in the pic, similar to yours, my defaults are on two different settings but now they are on the same one.

This fixed it thank you very much!

 
Not a problem, glad to hear your problem is fixed!

What happened with you was, 2 sounds are being played for 2 devices, the Default was includes other software that are not deem 'Communication' and communication are being played through another device.
