Please (in detail) describe the incident: Arrested a person after they stole a police car, He went down due to falling down a hill, After talking to the person in the hospital he refers to his friend as a Fa**ot for not giving him redgulls which is clear homophobic language towards another person, After I mentioned him in LOOC he referred to my message in LOOC in character and broke character.

I have identified the reported player in the footage provided and have given him the chance to comment on this report,

So its clear from the footage that he expressed some discriminatory hate towards another member of the community, which we don't allow what so ever. On top of this he was reading the L/OOC messages in character, rather than addressing them in OOC.
