Profile Picture Size

Not sure if it is to do with the Police/NHS tags, however my profile picture allowed size is extremely low, not even allowing an almost un-seeable gif.. could this be upped a little?

This is quite a small size even for an image (png)!

Mine as well, I tried to get a small picture and it just says it can't accept it, even if it is a small smiley face picture, I still can't get it to work! @CMO Mickeey
