i got banned for rdming someone

Why should we unban you ?
Well since now i have been really carefull about the rules and always followed them (i know i got banned for rdm once long time ago but that was acidental wasnt even intentional), i am honestly really dissapointed over myself for making such a foolish mistake of assuming something is fine just because it appears that way. Well i think that i could also say that.

When is it okay to shoot at or kill someone?

 
if im robbing some one at drug dealer and i have a rook aimed at his head and im initiadet at him. he is trying to run away then i can shoot him or if he trying to pull out a gun.

 
I'm not really convinced that you care that much considering the lack of effort you're putting in at the moment.

Can you quote the RDM and VDM rules, and then explain what they mean to you in your own words?
