    I just noticed that there is no product produced by Peaches In-Game

    Potatoes - Fries (Buyable Product)

    Apples - Cider (Buyable and you can make your own)

    All bans are permanent, untill appealed. Everyone can appeal in the normal Ban Appeal process. If that gets denied, the permanent ban will stick. They can appeal that in 6 months after being denied a normal appeal.

    First, he needs to wait for the post restriction to be lifted, which I believe is tomorrow. Second, he needs to stop pestering staff about it directly or through others. If I'm honest no other person has given me so much trouble over a very simple appeal. He has one chance to get it right from here. He must be patient, and follow the appeal as set out in the unban terms found here http://www.altislife.co.uk/support#unbanAppeals
