Love this idea, the city could defo use something fun to do interactively and socially then just going to clubs, beach parties or golf. Otherwise, as Frag said, it's just work, crime or haning out with your friends 😅

I think a slow build up to getting drunk is a great idea as we have to constantly RP that we are light weights when me and my friends drink or make a toast to celebrate. Having the side effect would definitely add to the realism of getting drunk and partying as well.

I think the Park Ranger Vehicle could do with better traction and a little more power as they have to go up Mount Chilliad often to take photos as part of the job. It needs better handling off road  as it slides out alot on dirt and slopes that look like the vehicle should be able to get up.
