Now that I've read all of the rules properly, yes. I think my mistake was ignorance and rash thinking on my part. So i'd like to apologise for that. It was my mistake and now that I know the rules properly I won't break them. 

I wasn't thinking. Like I said above I didn't know about thr flying above 300m rule over a green zone and when I began receiving warning fire I decided to act before thinking about what I was doing. It was my rash actions that lead to the ban.
