I'm pretty sure it gives you the option to upgrade your security level? If it doesn't perhaps your TS is out of date. The whole process takes a while though, probably around 20-30 minutes.

I made a similar post to this, highlighting pretty much the stuff as you. I think with Tanoa being even more RP-focused than Altis there definitely needs to be a social area in Georgetown, as right now encounters aren't that frequent which is a shame.

I really like the idea of a levelling system, however in its current state it is too much of a grind with the money you receive from resources being far too low. I really do think its as simple as that.

Yes but the whole point of a wipe is to create a level playing field. One person starting over wouldn't achieve that.

I think it's about time. A fair playing field would allow for smaller gangs to rise up and perhaps overthrow the current notorious all-powerful organisations.
