HI @Danoothank you for the fast reply! no i was totally unaware that disconnecting whilst being downed would result in such serious consequences... but it  wasn't my initial plan to leave my game crashed and i did have a screenshot of the error message which i might be able to dig out somewhere...

it was very late at night and i just went to bed and thought nothing of it... it was roughly (3AM) i take full responsibility and should of notified someone so that this could've been resolved there and then.
