Im sorry to be honest i didn't know it meant this, english isn't my native language that's just the word all my friends use and other people i have talked to, to describe a guy who is on a server to break all the rules delebrietly on a server.

Well "being a minge" is when i would purposely break the rules of the server and i don't really remember which rules i broke so i just typed in "being a minge"
