I think this might encourage NVLing more. People might intentionally try to get shot rather than drop their gun so that they can respawn with their inventory, and I don't think the whole 'win mentality' aspect can be fixed with something like a rule change, that said I do think this suggestion...

Not really, the closest in game equivalent to the bearcat would probably be the Insurgent, but the Insurgent lacks the bulletproof armoring that the MRAP has, luckily I have found a mod for a Brute Centurion that seems to fit the bill well.
