i dont know what i could have done to avoid this unless i played in third person view although i could have checked my mirrors, i now have team speak and also know the messaging controls ingame so hopefully if in future it happens again it  could be resolved there.

i have read the rules and will do my best to follow them still

the VDM rules is using a vehicle as a weapon in any way shape or form against people or vehicles etc

sorry for the late reply, i beleive that the rule that was considered to be broken was the VDM rule when in fact i was just pulling over to get out.
