If for example mara are getting ready to try hunt ballas, but cant seem to find any of them and they go to their turf and lockpick their door but get met with the message "there is too much heat" they will know no members of ballas are around so will obviously stop trying to find them and lower...

This could be used to metagame information, finding out if there are any members online by just attempting to break into a safehouse. Personally, I don't see why this should be changed if you make sure you lock things before you come off, then you wont be robbed... taking "propaganda" pictures...

I think it’s because if you smash into an animal it’s gonna be fucked, innerds and blood everywhere, would be much harder and of much lower quality trying to skin and harvest it. With a single bullet it will be much cleaner and of higher quality, but obviously the game doesn’t see it that way...
