Just to note, this would also be a massive scale operation and require a lot of agreeing parties. Yes, this doesn't effect things like import pricing but it gives the Team something to think about.

To me, this is a Community mindset issue and not a development issue. Roleplay should outweigh resources, although I do understand to a degree that -some- roleplay can be cost dependant. Speaking of food/opportunities, hopefully more will be provided soon. Let's just wait and see in the City. ;)
