Sadly, this is a -1 from me. I think forgetfulness/neglect should be rewarded with RP consequences. I love consistent visits by the NHS because McGee waffles to the point of so much leaving his mouth that he forgets to put anything in it. I sure hope the NHS feel the same way...

I mention the second-hand market not with any script in mind, as I am aware how it currently works. My point comes more along the lines of a "butterfly effect", or domino effect, as positive changes can also have a knock-on effect whether due to RP or in-game mechanics. Merely a discussion point!
