I think it is a good idea that the management ask cops do switch server if their it is needed for patroling the server.  Ive seen days with 30+ Cops on server 1. And 3-6 cops on server 2 while Server 2 had 60-70 Civils on it. Very Easy for the civils to do crimes without getting cought.
