Why do you think you were banned: I was banned as I was involved in a fail to stop for police and when running away i disconnected from the server

I believed i should be unbanned for a number of reasons. The first reason being during the time of my ban i had only been playing for a couple of weeks so was still trying to find my feet. I will admit i did not fully read the rules so wasn't aware combat logging was a thing until i re-read the rules. i had just got my first car in game so didn't want to risk loosing it and was just applying for PD so wanted to get in without my app being denied. It was also my first interaction with the police where they had tried to interact with me as normally they would just drive by and not do a thing so i didn't expect them to actually come after me. I am sorry for what i did and i do regret my actions. As you can see this is my only integration with a mod member so i clearly am not going out of my way to break server rules. If i am permitted another chance you wont have any more issues from me.

I don’t really understand - you thought it was acceptable to just disconnect in the middle of any situation?

I didnt realise it was a serious thing. Iv only done role play servers that wernt economy based so didnt really think about it

Please explain the rule C2.3 in your own words and why we have it on the server.

That you must be roleplaying at all times unless dealing with a admin. Including coming out of character

The rule if to stop people from getting away with what ever they want. Soon as they are at risk of loosing something they can log off so keeps the gameplay fair for both sides.

You haven’t explained what the rule is, only why we have it

The rule means you can’t leave the server to avoid loosing items or getting arrested. Means everyone can have a good RP experience within the city.

You have mentioned in a past appeal about not wanting to lose items as you were new, now you are saying it is because you didn't not want your application to be declined, so which is it?

Hello, not gonna lie my ban was a long time ago. It was primarily due too not wanting to fail my police application with a arrest record

Surely you'd be able make another character and have one as your 'crim' and one as your 'police' character?
Stopping in the middle of a chase and logging out would not help you in any situation, would it?

I was told when joining you can only have one character unless you pay? I take it this is not the case

I joined because others invited me and they explained you could only have one character unless you paid for more
