Why do you think you were banned: i think i was banned for combat logging
Why should we unban you: HI TEAM
I was banned due to combat logging, the reason this happened was because I flew into the server and well I was in the server I was thinking of ways to make money, and the only way I knew how to was by doing bins and taxis along the way I met this guy cant remember his name but he also wanted to make some money. When I met this guy he was alright at the start but as the day progressed he seemed to be getting us into a lot of trouble and at this point I was getting very wound up that I could not enjoy the server. Hence the reason why I left the server I know it is important not to combat log as disconnecting from a server or avoiding a confrontation to escape defeat or consequences heavily frowned upon in roleplay servers. I am very sorry and I apologise for the situation and I will not do it again.

when I landed the first thing I did was go the bins to make some money like I said. On the way I met this player could not remember his name he asked me if I wanted to do bins with him I said yes sure so we did bins for about an hour then after we went to the shop, Outside the shop were these lads must of been about three of them the guy I was with started saying things to them which then lead us to getting kidnapped, this made me very angry because he was already causing enough trouble as it is, which then lead me up to exiting the game like I said I know it is important not to combat logging as it keeps a sense of realism, like I said I really do apologise and it will not happen again if you give me another chance.

what knock on effects can combat logging have?

There are many reasons why it has a knock on affect but here are three examples, one of them being that it is unfair advantage, ruins competitive integrity last one is destroys immersions.

HI TEAM here are some examples and elaborations.
unfair advantage is where the players gains an edge not through skills or strategy, an examples of this is if the player was arrested and decided to combat log to avoid being arrested, integrity in a competitive environment meaning that the outcomes are decided equally by a member of staff, example of this if you are in a war with a gang and you decide to combat log to avoid dying or losing territory and the last one is immersion, immersion is making the fame feel more real it relies on players to respect the rules, example of this is if the player gets shot then the police arrive and the body vanishes which breaks the illusion of a real world.

Oki. I'll entertain an unban appeal but with stipulations.

• Your Character will be deleted
• Any ban attained in the next 6 months will land you back on a pemr as per FBS. If the ban is for combat logging, there will be a 3 month cooldown
