Ban Reason: I was banned for breaking character in a scene and arguing with an admin
Why do you think you were banned: i was banned because i cared too much about dying in game because i felt like my death wasn’t really fair. Someone had made a racial mark towards my character, i should’ve just kept going with the scene and made a ticket at the end of it with all the proper report instead of arguing with said people and treating the staff unfairly

i wanted to start by saying that i apologise for the rules i broke back when i used to play in this city and i understand that your appeal process is brutal and it takes time for these things to take effect but i will give it a try

i have played in more rp servers now and understand that dying in game just comes with rp and that i should respect everyone elses point of views when it comes to the roleplay, the racial mark that the guy made, should have just been noted in a ticket, with a clip and left at that

this ban happened an extremely long time ago, so i didn’t just get banned and decided a week later to come back and try to appeal, i took some time to properly learn RP and decided to come back with a much better mindset and understanding of how to RP in city and deal with things through tickets

i remember this server having a great community and it was the first rp server i actually ever got into properly and enjoyed, i hope this appeal is up to standard for your liking

Please explain your actions, why did you act way you did and why did you make the discriminatory comment that you made?

i was killed with no reasonable purpose during a scene and was slightly annoyed, i expressed i was annoyed at one of the guys for making a racist comment towards my character, so i guess i just felt awful about that and decided that what they did was further than rp

i should have just continued with the scene and let them play out there rp, then take it into a ticket immediately after

im not familiar with me making a discriminatory comment, but this was so long ago that it could have possibly slipped my mind, from my knowledge i said nothing that would be considered discriminatory though

I can appreciate that you felt hard done by but one rule break does not justify another.

You have mentioned about rp on other servers, tell me about the rp you have been having and giving on the other servers

thank you for another rapid reply :)

i have been a taxi and tow truck driver for multiple cities in the past, i get into hostage roleplay scenes and make contacts with business owners for transport of cargo and goods

i mainly try and keep my head down to make a simple living, but crime always ends up in my hands lmao

if i was to come back i would probably start fresh as i dont exactly remember where jaquis was at the time and it would be unnatural for him to jump straight into something different

hello again :)

im looking to bring some long quality roleplay to the city, im looking to become a personal chauffeur of some sort or just shine in the taxi business

im a big fan of casual roleplay, so not robberies or anything, im more of a fan of just roleplaying casual/realistic situations

that can range from just clubbing with friends or just hanging out in social places

it can be considered boring rp because i dont really do any crazy stuff, but i enjoy just working and watching everything unfold

I broke character when i started getting angry at the guy for making the comment, i refused to continue the scene because it felt extremely uncomfortable

the reason this rule exists is because the whole point of the server is to roleplay and have fun.
Breaking character will ruin the players immersion and ruin the server for them completely

to my knowledge im not too sure if any other rule was broken, but if im incorrect here, please let me know

ahhhh, if i did thats mb, this ban was sooo long ago that my memory cant keep up lmao

i haven't got any excuse for using that sort of language, if i did say something like that i can only say sorry for it and say that i have definitely moved on and improved

if thats obviously a dealbreaker for my unban appeal i completely understand

i dont usually make comments like this, this is why i don’t remember it happening and wasnt 100% on if i actually said it or not

the ban was a long time ago and my memory isnt the greatest at times lmaooo

but i definitely dont say the things i allegedly said regularly or at all in that case
