Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for NVL i think. It was a while ago. Some people in city were griefing me over a gun and making OOC and IRL threats to me etc. When i wouldnt play ball with them they started threatening to tell admins etc. I continued to ignore them. Eventually after about half hour of being afk i came back and they had revived me so i pressed f to sit in their car to troll them a bit basically which wound them right up. Then i shot one of them. The admin at this point was spectating the situation. Server reset a few minutes after and he called me back afterwards. He asked me why i did what i did and I said i dont see anything wrong with it. I had a video clip of the whole affair. He wasnt too interested in that and decided to permanently ban me as he claimed i had had some other thing previously warned about (i didnt) so it was his word against mine for some petty stuff basically. I was on some sort of probation thing he said but as my record had been impeccable until the previous issue (we wont get into that here but I made it known at the time that I wasnt happy with the way that was handled) I didnt think I had anything to worry about and I was starting from scratch with a clean slate. This didnt seem to be the case with this person. I believe he had remembered about an OOC issue with another character of mine who had rejected him from applying for another role doing something else in the city as I was at that point a slightly more influential player than I had been previously. I didnt think much of it until he decided to permanently ban me and then I figured he must have had his feelings hurt over that so he decided to not listen to a word I had to say and just ban me. I responded to and reacted to a whole bunch of stuff that I shouldnt have honestly but I dont think I did anything wrong besides that. It happens every day all the time to people all over the place and I am far from the worst person to ever write a post on these boards.
Why should we unban you: You dont have to. I dont mind if you dont. I wont beg for it but I thought i would pop a message in, say hi look around and see how things have changed in recent times. If thats not gonna happen then no worries at all. I can go look for that somewhere else. No big deal.
