Why do you think you were banned: I think i was banned because i was in a confrontation with a gang for a while which then led to them killing me after abit of confusion that led me to ragequit and then obviously i was already acting stupidly that day. The pegi situation was what i believe led me to being banned for the ooc abuse and harrasment as i was trying to explain that wasnt the case as i was 18 or 19 at the time and i was able to prove it so i think that led me into an argument with staff or someone in the community therefore leading me to message them privatelly and continue the argument as i was much more immature
Why should we unban you: i honestly enjoyed my time in the server before this incident and i dont think i was banned beforehand i had been playing the server for quite a while before this also. At the time of the incident i was much more immature and i think i was just angry about how things had went in game hence me ragequitting and at the time i wasnt even thinking about the roleplay i just turned my computer off completly then stupidly tried to argue my case as i believe the way i was killed was unfair at the time i know this is certainly no excuse for my behaviour it is just my view on the event i dont know what i was trying to achieve when i rage quit i just think i was angry about being mocked by the gang its a completely ridiculous way to have acted and im honestly embarrassed thanks for letting me know the details of the ban and im honestly sorry to anyone i offended at the time thanks i understand that some of these are permanent bans on there own but i do think alot of it was misunderstanding and even if i cant be unbanned this is my genuine apology to those involved

sorry i was unable to check my ban id as i was also banned from the discord at the time of the incident
 
Do you remember what you did, or said on Discord after your ban?

And when it comes to the PEGI ban, do you know why that might be?
 
honestly not sure of the details but knowing what i was like at the time it was probably some stupid insults, for the pegi ban im unsure because i think i was trying to appeal the ragequitting ban as at the time i felt i was wrongly killed and someone mentioned that he didnt think i was 18 which then started off a whole different argument about the pegi thing but i was more angry about the fact i could prove it and was labelled a liar this doesnt justify my reaction obviously its just insight to what i thought at the time

Reading through your ban notes, I can´t say I am feeling particularly confident in letting you back into our community to be honest with you.

Not only did you clearly have issues with controlling your temper, you also didn´t show any form of common decency. Calling people all sorts of things and even telling them to come meet you for a fight... Typical temper tantrum of a teenage boy, the way I´m looking at it. Don´t you think?
 
completely agreed and i understand where your coming from i was acting like a moron at the time this happened i was much more immature alot has changed in my life since then and i would like to think of myself as all round better person for example at the time i wasnt even man enough to apologise for ragequitting which i shouldnt of even done in the first place i think it was built up over a few days though not just sort off a random thing as i felt i was being targeted frequently by the gang at the time then i just wasnt happy about being called a liar about the pegi thing at the time as i was willing to prove that although i would of still got banned for the ragequitting also would like to add when i was younger at the time of this happening i had abit of a chip on my shoulder clearly but as ive got older ive changed alot i honestly think it was just mainly down to being young and abit dumb as hearing back on what was actually said im completely embarrased there’s also a few other things that I’d be happy to talk about in private that contributed to my outburst

So what has changed then?

A year is not a long time really... what makes you believe we will not have the same issue again? That you lose your temper, throw a hissy fit when something doesn´t go your way?

I think just the changes in and around my life changed the way I think for the better to be honest I was still immature before like I mentioned I don’t really want to go into detail with so many eyes on it but more than happy to explain what was going on at the time that defiantly added to it in private though there’s no real way of justifying what I did at the time as it was just stupid and embarrassing tantrum you hit the nail on the head with that. But apart from that I really do think I’ve matured a lot because of the situation I’m in now rather than the one I was in before my life has drastically changed in the past year and with a private conversation I could explain those changes but apart from that thanks for taking the time to respond and I hope to try again in the city with a better attitude

I've read this appeal twice, and I'm willing to make an unban, but there's a heavy stipulation.

If we get any indication that you're being aggressive, confrontational, disrespectful to members of this community, you will be removed again but with absolutely no chance to return. This is not a timed stipulation, this is permanent.

You say your personal circumstances have changed and thus has your approach to life, well ours hasn't. We won't accept the behaviour you've previously exhibited. End of.

Also your character inventory will be wiped to simulate the death you tried to avoid.

If you agree to the above, I will process your unban.

thank you for another chance in the community i really apreciate this i agree and also does that mean my current character will need to be deleted

No, it will lose all of the cash and items in its inventory.

There we go, inventory wiped, discord unban issued and ingame ban removed.

I very much hope you have learned from this @jaiden and we have not wasted our time on you.
Also, do keep in mind - any ban within the next 6 months will be permanent again, so keep your head down and your nose clean!
