Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ballas and Marabunta had a shootout little earlier, and Ballas took Mara to Dodgy. ID 558 gets up on his feet and is told to stick his hands up. He has at least 5-6 guns pointed at him, but still chooses to draw his gun and start shooting - and ends up killing two of the Ballas. This is clearly NVL on his part.

Hello George, it was me in the clip provided on this report.

I did not get asked to join QE by yourself through OOC or in groups, and I have logged onto my PC today to see this report, which is a little unfortunate as I believe I could have explained prior to this report taking place

When we originally pulled up to the dodgy Dr, there was a lot less Ballas members at the situation, than what I am seeing in the clip from your POV. Being completely honest this was a massive lapse of judgment from my side and I apologise for this.

Thanks for the response , im just going to go over the points you have brought up.

Firstly you state that nothing was put out in ooc to liaise with yourself , While a liaison is not required it definitely could have helped sure , if it wasn't a clear cut case of your frustration getting the better of you and blatantly rule breaking. For someone who has been on the server for this long and the position you are in for Marabunta , a lot more is expected from you.

Your second point is that you thought there was a lot less Ballas members at the dodgy at the start. So how does this explain your mentality when you wasn't even the first person to be brought up? You had plenty of time to take in your surroundings and make a judgment call , yours was to NVL with multiple people giving you clear demands.

While your apology is appreciated , it doesn't take away the fact you think this kind of thing is acceptable.
