What best describes this incident: Poor Quality RP/Little to no RP
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was around MRPS when I saw a guy fly passed me in a SUV, I pulled him over and he got out of the vehicle, thinking that he was going to have a chat with me about why he ran through a Red ATS and at dangerous speeds, once i said "Have a guess why i'm pulling you over", he then pulls out a knife and instantly stabs me, No demands and No Past situation with said person what so ever to continue the roleplay at length, He tries to pick me up without the "/me attempt to pick up person" type of stuff. He then leaves the scene with no further explanation.

He does come back and then picks me up and drives me off the pier dumping the car and me in the ocean, No Items taken off or no roleplay just full on dumps me in the ocean. I believe this is Poor Quality RP if I am wrong then fair enough. I tried to get him to come to qe but he refused and kept avoiding it.

Hello @Hanselsmitch thank you for taking the time to write this report.

Usually we let reports sit for 24 hours to give the reported player(s) a chance to respond and give their side of the events however the player in question has already been banned for a situation that occured shortly after this.

The reported player was killed off from a group therefore ending that fued with the group which was due to him being an informant. This stabbing and dumping seems to be in revenge as "Police betrayed him" as he did this to a solicitor shortly after dumping yourself and started stating this as a reason.

Despite this there was no quality to the roleplay at all from the reported player. Simply stabbing someone during a traffic stop with minimal words spoken isn't on. Saying "Is it because of this?" then stabbing during a traffic stop with no prior roleplay is RDM. As the rule states:

(G7.5) Police Sirens
When the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend a scene this does not mean RP has been initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM.

Addionally there is a lot more avenues you can go down such as interrogating police, torturing them, etc. Simply stabbing any cop you see and ocean dumping them as revenge with minimal rp isn't something we want on the server. Make the roleplay fun for all parties involved.
