Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a gunfight between 408 and TFA, I was downed and immediately taken to a dodgy doctor.

Shortly after, I was identified as the leader of the group. The potential for high quality medical roleplay was rushed to ensure I was revived before bleeding out. While this is not the focus of this report, it is context.

Following minimal roleplay, a member attempted to use a defibrillator on my character. However, I was out of range from the dodgy doctor. Instead of addressing this through appropriate in character actions, such as carrying me or placing me in a vehicle, I was rammed twice by a car in an apparent attempt to reposition my character closer to the dodgy; in roleplay this would not make sense as TFA should be trying to increase my characters health state instead of running over my body multiple times.

You do realise a real car wouldn't just move someone along?

You were downed and at a dodgy where i used the built in injuries system what told me you had 2 injuries a small puncture to your chest and a small puncture to your right arm which i used packing bandages to fully fix using said system. I didn't use /me because the system literally gives you notifications of the injuries I have patched up and I also do say "I'm going to pack both of these" which i proceeded to do using packing bandages. My character is a criminal I'm not going to provide roadside surgeries to Gunshots I packed them using the ingame system sure NHS RP using saline and such but you shouldn't expect top tier medical from a criminal character.

Now moving on from my RP looking at around 40 seconds into your clip you almost automatically default to doing /me No pulse but stop yourself and replace it with low pulse even after i pack your injuries you then low pulse again and then suddenly swap to no pulse as I'm about to attach the defib completely disregarding the injuries i have packed and what seems to me just wanting to die to shutdown further RP.

Moving onto the actual reason you have reported being the accusation of Powergaming and Exploiting

First I'm going to address powergaming. (G1.5) Powergaming Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win.

I'm not sure how any of this is a Forced scenario where you had no chance to win. You guys choose to hold buildings knowing we would push and fight this didn't go your way such is the way of the game you win some you lose some. We then brought you to a dodgy doctor where yes I moved you with a car but in no way did this force a scenario where you "lost" you were already incapacitated at a dodgy doctor surrounded by multiple members of a opposing group.

Now onto the exploiting.

I have slightly nudged you forward in a car as you were just out of range of the dodgy now is it the most appropriate or effective way to move you probably not but i don't see it as being exploiting or powergaming in no way did my actions change the outcome of the situation. i have checked through groups announcements and regular discord announcements and i have found 0 reference to using cars to slightly move bodies as being a problem the closest thing I found is repeatedly kicking people to move them to a more accessible area for vehicles.

I will not be responding further unless asked to by staff.

This report is not in reference to the RP you provided. Nor has it got to do with before and or during the fight that took place, there are no known problems there.

Without linking reports similar to this as this is a separate report all together. I've found reports and/or unban appeals due to the nature of pushing bodies with a car. Most of these are labeled under exploiting, I'm unsure which label suits better exploiting or power gaming. I'll go into details why.

Powergaming: You've forced me into the distance of the doctor as you knew the timer was running out, so rather than risking me refusing a carry or loading me into a car and back out again you chose the most hastily option. Therefore forcing me into a situation without choice.

Exploiting: You've taken advantage of a GTA mechanic such as pushing somebody with a car where as realistically you'd go over a body. You've intentionally avoided the features supplied to you to move me correctly.

I hope this clears this up for you. Do note again this report has nothing to do with the RP provided or the fight that took place.

Hello @Charles Vane I hope you are doing good!

Lets start this off by addressing the issue of hitting another players downed body with a vehicle moving them. Yes, we have banned for that as exploiting previously. However, most of the cases i can remember of it are when its not actually possible to move the player (without them consenting to a pickup) by putting them into a vehicle of some sort. (E.G punching someones body through railings to get them closer to a car)

In this case, its very obvious that there was a clear open space. It was entirely possible to have thrown you in the boot to move you 2ft and pulled you back out @Tazz it looks to me like they were rushing and @Tsnipz did the quickest method he could probably due to the "low pulse" /me's. There was no exploit as such because it was in fact possible to move you as normal.

I think that using the justification of poor medical RP or even mentioning that element of it is just silly when your (@Tazz) automatic response to this multiple times was "/me no pulse" then quickly deleted. Lets all be a bit honest here. You have all been beefing for a long time. You should have already by now sorted this and i am aware of the current ticket between the two. I suggest you all sort it out because its clearly getting out of hand and i would prefer not to see report wars or prolonged fighting for the sake of it.

@Tsnipz I was very close to ruling this differently due to your warning a month ago for poor RP which happened to also involve 408. So, what i will be doing is placing a warning on your profile for exploiting because in this case you were very lucky that i believe you were being lazy over trying to actually exploit something which would not have been possible. However, i will say you have been here a long time. Your previous bans were a long time ago so dont lower RP standards for a in game win. The warning is for exploiting because i cant trust that you have not been doing this or think this is okay to do in other situations where it would have been an instant perm.
