Why do you think you were banned: I believe I was banned for dropping money on one character and then picking it up on another character. I then went on with that money to buy a car and upgrade it.
Why should we unban you: First of all, I’d like to apologise for my infraction on the rules of transferring money between characters. I completely understand this and I hold my hands up too what I have done and I accept that I am 100% at fault.

I can see how my actions, if repeated on a large scale, would make the server unfair and I know that this rule is in place to keep the role play fair, realistic and enjoyable for all players- new and more experienced.

I am very new to role play as a whole, only downloading fiveM less than a week or so ago. But despite being new I’ve had an amazing experience so far on this server, in fact my partner is starting to go crazy at me with the amount that I speak about the server, my experiences and my character and coming up with a compelling backstory. I’ve had some amazing situations of role play with other members of the community and I was excited to continue to build these stories and most importantly grow as a role player.

I know that being new isn’t an excuse and I never intend to say any excuses, but to apologies for my actions. I would be genuinely grateful for the chance to come back to the city, follow rules properly and to prove that I can be a positive impact within the community.

I’ll admit that I didn’t read the rules as throughly as I thought I might have, but since the ban I have been studying them so if my ban appeal is successful I can continue to provide role play for myself and others that is in goodwill. I can assure you that if I am let back into the city that my focus will be on role play within the rules too keep the game fun for everybody.

Thank you for reading my appeal and for considering my appeal. I truly hope that myself and Peter Roberts can return and start to make things right. As I really would not like my short time so far within this community to come to an end.

I'm going to begin with this, because if you don't agree, it makes the rest of the appeal void.

Due to the rule broken, all characters bar one will be deleted. The remaining character will get a full wipe, and start fresh.

I believe my roleplay with him has been the best so far and I’ve enjoyed his persona, I believe it can add to the story the most. Thank you for this second chance, I really do appreciate it

You've only really been playing here since the 5th. Within 5 days, you've already broken a large rule, attempted to hurt the economy and received a permanent ban.

Given this obvious attempt to get an unfair leg up done with such minimal play time why should we take the risk and let you back?

i understand that it’s a huge risk to let somebody back in after breaking such a big role so early into the time on the server, but I reassure you that I have understood and learned from my catastrophic mistake and I fully appreciate why this rule is in place.

I know words are easy to write but I’m will too prove with actions that this mistake will not be repeated…
This roleplay server is the best one in my opinion and I don’t want my time here to be defined by one, although a severely large, rule break.

Whilst I don't wholly believe that you have had a sudden reform in the short break you've had. I am willing to offer a chance to prove it.

You will have the wipe imposed on your account as outlined above. In addition to that;

• Any further transferring of items will be met with an unappealable ban.
• Delete all characters minus Peter Roberts.
• Wipe Peter Roberts
